Big or small skin growths

Skin growths are made up of blood vessels, collagen and the outer layer of skin. A common difference between a mole and a fibroid is the stalk. A skin growth hangs from the skin on a small stalk. They can be smooth or wrinkled, round or asymmetrical. Some resemble grains of rice.

They are not contagious and not dangerous. Painful bleeding can only occur if they are disturbed

The most common occurrence:
  • on the face

  • around the eyes

  • on a neck

  • on the eyelids

  • in the armpit

  • in the groin
