These terms and conditions govern the booking and cancellation of consultation appointments provided by the company:

1. Booking an appointment

The reservation of a consultation date becomes binding after its confirmation by MP Clinic and after payment of the required reservation deposit.

The amount of the deposit is communicated to the client before the reservation is completed. The deposit paid is included in the total price of the consultation.

 

2. Cancellation or change of date by the client

If the client cannot arrive on the agreed date, it is necessary to cancel the reservation or request a change by phone or email.

 

Cancellation no later than 48 hours before the date

If the reservation is canceled no later than 48 hours before the agreed date, the deposit paid will be returned to the client, or it can be transferred to a new date upon agreement.

 

Cancellation less than 48 hours before the date

If a reservation is cancelled less than 48 hours before the agreed date, MP Clinic is entitled to a cancellation fee in the amount of the deposit paid. The deposit will be set off against this cancellation fee and will not be refunded to the client.

The decisive moment is considered to be when the notification of cancellation or change of date is demonstrably delivered to MP Clinic.

 

3. Failure to appear for a consultation

If the client does not arrive at the agreed date without prior apology, MP Clinic is entitled to a cancellation fee in the amount of the deposit paid. In such a case, the deposit is not refundable.

 

4. Late arrival

Late arrival of the client may not be possible to compensate by extending the booked time. The consultation may be shortened so that subsequent bookings are not affected.

If the consultation cannot be held due to the client being significantly late, the situation may be considered the same as a failure to show up for an appointment.

 

5. Cancellation of appointment by MP Clinic

If it is necessary for MP Clinic to cancel an appointment, we will offer the client an alternative appointment. If the alternative appointment is not suitable for the client, the deposit will be refunded in full.

 

6. Exceptional situations

In serious and duly documented cases, MP Clinic may decide to individually waive the cancellation fee or transfer the deposit to another date. Such a procedure does not create an automatic legal entitlement.

 

7. Final provisions

By booking a date and paying the deposit, the client confirms that he has read and agrees to these terms and conditions.

 

These terms and conditions are valid and effective from 2 September 2026.
